Choose a motorcycle model, select your pickup and return dates, compare available rental shop offers, then complete the booking steps shown on screen.

Your Bookings page shows the current status. Some bookings need payment or rental shop review before they are ready for pickup, so check the booking timeline for the next required step.

Open the booking and use the available change or cancellation action. Eligibility depends on its current status and the rental shop’s review.

Open Profile, then choose Ride history. It contains rentals that have been marked completed.

Use the payment-proof field shown during checkout or inside the relevant booking when a payment request is available. Keep payment records attached to the booking instead of sending them as normal chat messages.

Available payment plans are shown during booking. The options and required amount depend on the rental shop’s active payment setup.

A submitted payment may remain pending until the rental shop reviews it. Open the booking for the latest payment status and use its conversation if clarification is needed.

The pickup location and available instructions appear in your booking details. Message the rental shop from that booking if you need a landmark or arrival guidance.

Rental shops may ask to inspect a valid physical ID during pickup. Follow the requirements shown in your booking and never send sensitive identity documents through ordinary chat.

Open the booking and request a schedule change when that action is available. You can also message the shop early, but the change is not final until it is approved.

Use the booking conversation for pickup questions, payment clarification, timing, and requirements specific to that rental.

Cancelled, rejected, or completed bookings may become read-only so the booking record remains clear and protected.

One check means TropiqGO saved the message. Two checks mean the other party opened the conversation after it was sent.

You can add one profile photo, your full name, phone number, and an optional About me introduction. Your account email is displayed as read-only.

Your phone and email are not displayed publicly across the marketplace. Your optional introduction and profile photo are available only where needed for your account and relevant rental shop bookings.

Open Wishlist from the account menu to revisit saved motorcycle models and check their availability.

Email verification helps protect your account, booking records, and password recovery flow.

A verified rental shop has completed TropiqGO’s partner review and can manage its marketplace listings and booking requests.

Each rental shop manages its available units, pickup instructions, and shop-specific requirements. TropiqGO provides the marketplace and booking tools.

Open Become a rental partner and submit the shop application. TropiqGO will review the business and onboarding information.
