Booking and confirmation
A booking is not final until the rental shop accepts it, required payment is received, verification is completed when required, and TropiqGO shows the booking as confirmed.
- Availability can change before confirmation
- Review the motorcycle, dates, pickup point, price, and restrictions before submitting
- Report incorrect booking details immediately
- A pending request does not guarantee a motorcycle

Renter eligibility
The renter must be legally and safely able to operate the motorcycle and must provide accurate identity, contact, and booking information.
- Bring a valid government ID and driver's license
- Do not drive while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or medication
- Do not provide fake, expired, altered, or misleading documents
- The shop may refuse release if eligibility or safety requirements are not met

Payment, deposit, and added charges
The renter agrees to pay the rental price shown during booking and any properly documented charges caused by late return, damage, missing items, fines, or policy violations.
- Payment is complete only after the shop or platform confirms receipt
- Deposits may be used for unpaid charges, damage, cleaning, fuel shortage, or missing items
- The deposit is not the maximum renter liability
- Third-party bank or wallet fees are the renter's responsibility

Pickup, use, and return
The renter must inspect the motorcycle before leaving the pickup point and remains responsible for it until the shop accepts the return.
- Report unrecorded damage before leaving pickup
- Only approved drivers may operate the motorcycle
- Return the motorcycle, keys, helmets, documents, tools, and accessories on time
- Traffic violations, towing, impound, and related penalties are the renter's responsibility
